Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date you purchased your item to request a return. We also offer a 30-day guarantee: if the product does not meet your expectations within this period, you may request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Important Exceptions
- Unopened Products: The product must remain unopened to be eligible for a return under most circumstances.
- Medical Conditions: Customers must ensure they are medically able to take the supplement before opening the product. If a medical condition arises that contraindicates usage, you must return the product unopened to be eligible for a return on these grounds.
- Incorrect or Disputed Delivery: If an order is delivered to the address provided at checkout—even if the address was entered incorrectly—or if our records show the product as delivered but the customer later disputes receipt, these scenarios do not qualify for the 30-day guarantee refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Costs
Cost of shipping paid is non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
