Return Policy and Guarantee

Guarantee

We have a 60-day Guarantee which applies to your first purchase. If you try our products for the first time and are not satisfied, you have 60 days to make a request for a refund to  support@peachymen.com, returning unopened items if applicable. The guarantee does apply even if the product is open and has been used, so you're free to try Peachy Men risk-free.

  • Repeat purchases: The guarantee applies to your first purchase only. Purchases made after the first purchase are not included in the guarantee, however they are covered by our return policy (see below).



Return and Refund Policy

 

You have 30 days after the date you purchased your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be un-opened and in good condition, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at support@peachymen.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are not covered. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Important Exceptions

  • Unopened Products: The product must remain unopened to be eligible for a return under most circumstances.
  • Medical Conditions: Customers must ensure they are medically able to take the supplement before opening the product. If a medical condition arises that contraindicates usage, you must return the product unopened to be eligible for a return on these grounds.
  • Subscription: Must be cancelled by the customer via the online portal. Refunds will not be applicable if instructions have been previously sent on How to Manage Your Subscription.
  • Incorrect or Disputed Delivery: If an order is delivered to the address provided at checkout—even if the address was entered incorrectly—or if our records show the product as delivered but the customer later disputes receipt, these scenarios do not qualify for the 60-day guarantee or regular refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us and share images immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Costs
Cost of return shipping paid is non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Applicable to refunds for subscriptions and one-time orders.
