Why are gummies better than pills or powder?

How do I take Peachy’s Peachy Clean fiber gummy?
Take 2 gummies before or after your biggest meal of the day.
With time you can start to take them with two meals per day for even better results. However it's important that you start slow and work you way up to higher doses. If you don't you can experience bloating and discomfort.
Begin with 2 gummies for the first week and measure results. If everything looks good, stick to 2. But if you want to increase your dosage then take one more gummy each week, spaced out throughout the day, until you're taking 4 gummies per week.

What should I expect to see in the first 1 to 2 weeks?
